Gifts of Stocks or Mutual Funds

Thank you for inquiring about giving a gift of stock. Listed below are the two procedures that we suggest. Whether using procedure A or B, please inform the Stanley M. Isaacs Neighborhood Center, Inc. of your gift either in writing or via telephone.

• Procedure A

  1. Call your broker and request a DTC TRANSFER to account # 141 (electronic transfer)

  2. Reference the donation to our account # 74015233.

  Procedure B

  1. Obtain the certificate of stock and sign the back

  2. Write a "Letter of Authorization" stating that you are giving a gift of stock to the Stanley M. Isaacs Neighborhood Center, Inc. Please include our account # 74015233 and all other pertinent information (how much stock, which company, etc…)

  3. Sign and date the letter and have it notarized.

How to Transfer Mutual Fund Shares to the Isaacs Center:

Mutual funds differ in the requirements to effect a transfer. Please contact your mutual fund company for instructions. You might need our federal tax identification number for such a transfer: 13-2572034.
